How often should I clean or replace the Sterilight QS200 Ultraviolet(UV) Quartz Sleeve?

All Sterilight QS-200 ultraviolet quarts sleeves should be cleaned and inspected on a yearly basis, usually when the UV lamp is replaced. If the stains or dirt cannot be cleaned the QS-200 Sterilight sleeve should be replaced. Organic and inorganic deposits absorb UV light and decrease the intensity of UV light penetration into the water or waste. This fouling decreases the UV dose resulting in reduced disinfection performance.
