PDCR Tannins and Colour Removal System
The Purifiner PDCR Tannins and Colour Remover Systems act similar to the water softener systems and use a process in order to remove low levels of tannins and colour from your water. The system draws in brine in order to charge the resin. Our units use only the highest quality Tannin/Colour anion exchange resin in order to offer you the longest running systems.
Comparison to the PDTR Systems
The PDCR is a combination unit that also acts as a water softener. The colour remover is able soften water provided that the water's calcium levels are not too high. The PDCR will also remove low-medium levels of tannins. Those in areas with a high level of methane and/or higher levels of tannins will have to use the PDTR.
